Blizzard recently announced that they are going to refine the artwork for cat and bear Druid forms for both Tauren and Night Elves.

Blizzard recently announced that they are going to refine the artwork for cat and bear Druid forms for both Tauren and Night Elves. Big Bear Butt has posted some pictures with his comments on the proposed artwork. I have always thought that the Night Elves got the better deal on the current artwork but the new skins make the Tauren look really cool now.

It’s conceivable that people who like to play Druids may now want to roll one on the opposite faction if they like the new forms well enough. However, switching from Alliance to Horde or vice versa is tricky stuff if you’ve primarily played only one side. The starting areas are completely different. The higher-level areas may have similar quest types but completely different quest givers and, what’s more, unfamiliar flight paths.

I found it extremely confusing once I got to Stranglethorn Vale as Alliance after leveling my main on Horde. I kept heading to the wrong camps and getting killed! Finally, I wised up with a new approach and things went more smoothly.

Don’t you hate it when you’re questing in World of Warcraft, grooving along and killing some Gnolls, only to go back to the quest giver and realize that you needed something else from those same mobs? Or maybe you saw another quest in your log that wanted you to kill some nearby Zhevras and now you have to run all the way back to where you had already been.

Another common problem is trying to tackle a quest that’s too hard for your character’s level. Often a quest-giver will allow you to have access to a quest that’s 3 or 4 levels above you and if you try to tackle these solo, you’re in for a lot of frustrating corpse runs.

These are very common problems and I guarantee you that everyone who plays WoW has had to overcome them one way or another. With World of Warcraft leveling, it can take years to garner enough experience to know which quests to do in what order, and which quests can be done concurrently. Either that, or you can get yourself a little help!

(Personally, I find the trade chats intimidating. I keep to myself mostly and worry my wracraft skills in trade aren’t up to par so just let it go. This is stupid and you should get over it if you have the same problem.)

Just spent half an hour fruitlessly spamming the Trade channel in hopes of getting your new gear enchanted? Maybe (just maybe) the players on your server aren’t the most unfriendly, unhelpful people this side of Silithus. Maybe you simply haven’t figured out the most effective way to use [2:Trade].

According to loyal WoW Insider reader Sarabande, there’s more to successful in-game transactions than simply advising someone to “use the Trade channel for trade.” We agree – so this week, let’s cover some basic tactics to get your sales sold, your portals ported and your enchantments enchanted.
